i sprained my ankle today ><
at macritche during the 8km route.
i was alr reaching 4km!

i sort of twisted my ankle twice lah.
but first time i stop awile then can continue.
pain lah but still can.
then second time really cannot le :/
i couldnt even walk properly at first.
then aft tt slowly can walk, and hobble-jog.
then jianjian di, can run upslopes and flat ground.
but down slopes def cannot.
ankle like wna give way liddat ><

but sihui got it worse. >< ><
we just ran in.. then maybe 10min like that she suddenly 'PLOP' on the ground.
and skidded a bit.
scary sia.
and she was right in front of me.
i shocked dao.
yah but she got up, and looked quite okay so i continued.
she says she thought ok, cos leg not bleeding.
then she walk walk a bit then suddenly waist thr damn pain.
then she looked, and her shirt bloody >yah then she lift up tt time the cut seemed pretty deep and stuff.
so she went home early.
went doctor
got stitches >< (yup its that serious)
and she said cos of the numbing thing cannot feel anything but the needle moving in and out o_o.
omg gross lol.

argh i damn dumb lah.
i think i worsened my injury.
aft training, i went to the arena warehouse sale.
i think i should have just went home.
