went to macritche at 8 as usual.
it was raining.._.
so waited for th rain to stop..

wait until almost 930.
th rain still hadnt stopped.-.-
so zhi hao chu qu pao le loh.
we runrunrun in th rain.
cannot see siah.
heng i take out specs, if nt i think it'll be worse.
budden still couldnt see all th rocky rocky rocks clearly.
and th whole place was friggin wet.
i slipped a few times. :/
i dont know why.
mabbe nv stretch properly tt day.
my muscles were so damn tight!
run until muscles ache like siao.
did a cao slow time like 46++?
hah.
and its for 8km.

whr are th times when i could easily go below 40?
long gone!

but srsly lah.
i nidda catch up.
i'm getting lousier and lousier at longer distances (8km for instance)
i still can manage a 3km or mabbe 5km..
but for 8km!
i die halfway i tell you.
