IT'S DOMOKUN !

yknow ytd night my leg suddenly cramped up ?! ><
like at 4 plus ><
it was damn painful .
and damn long .
i've had midnight cramps before, but never one tht long !
almost cried sia ><
it was all trainings' fault . :D
wed swimming, i dont know why, but my legs were aching .
then thurs we ran .
supposed to be a 'not so hard' session because there's supposed to be a race on saturday (tmr), but i still found it quite tiring .. ._.
then i went home, massaged my legs a little, (left was hurting more) then went to sleep .
okay not so early .
i stayed up to read eclipse hee .
anyway, it was the left leg tht cramped, and it hurts super alot now ! >< ><
haha maybe it's my own stupid fault .
i went training just now . lols .
gen said she has gotten this kind of cramp a few times .
haha so poor thing .
i dont know how i'm gonna run tomorrow ... ><
my leg hurts a lot ...
even the right one .
calves are the worse .

tomorrow running 4.3km at bedok reservoir !

i run better in the rain i've realised .
and during my first cross race, (it was also this bedok one)(last year), it was pouring damn heavily, and we had to take refuge at a leaking busstop lols .
we waited there for 1 hour 45 minutes i think haha .
then they decided to start the race anyway .
it was super flooded i remember .
whole shoe submerged :D
oh but they changed the busstop already haha . to a not so leaky one . :D
i really hope we win something tomorrow .
it'll be a nice way to start the year haha :D

yesterday i didnt blog about some interesting stuff tht happened . :D
we had anniversary until 930, there were lots of performances ! :D
dance performance was exceptionaly nice .
first was all guys de,
damn cool luh !
superduperly nice performance .
then after that was a guys plus girls de, also very very nice .
omg i'm very very envious of these dancers !
but i suppose some of them are envious of us crossers too lol .
there was lion dance, chorale performance, co performance, and a lot a lot of long boring speeches ._.
but all in all, it was a wonderful RV anniversary :D
then we went to the science lab for science prac .
we made popcorn ! :D
then tht xinlei arh .. hahaha damn funny .
her popcorn pop pop pop until the whole container overflowed ! :D
she took so much corn kernels hahaha .
no wonder her back tht time someone wrote 'kiasee' lols .
the whole class, including miss cheung, was laughing like siao !
at last miss cheung looked 19 during lesson time .
normally she doesnt smile at all, and she looks 20+ going 30 >< ><
she def looks 19 at training though :D
yknow she was once 800m nationals champion ? :D
